Every time we try we progress a little further. A leaf in the darkness.

Lost in the tangle.

Swathed in decay and collapse.

Maple (or is it sycamore?) leaf in state of decay.

Even in decay, there is beauty.

Teasel in the darkness.

Nothing stays in stasis. As the world turns everything changes.

Teasel leaves descent into decay.

Now is the time to face the light.

So fragile, the wind may snap it.
